Job Duties:

– Implement marketing programs and promotional campaigns to create brand awareness, generate leads and support company revenue targets
– Implement advertising strategy for print and online advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, website content development, corporate videos, etc.
– Conduct post promotional analysis on customer base to assess the impact of promotions and make appropriate adjustments to refine and improve marketing
– Analyze market to develop a thorough understanding of market trends, analyze competitors’ strengths & weaknesses and develop strategies regarding online and offline marketing
– Develop effective consumer promotions and new service launch campaigns, analyze best market practices and emerging technologies to identify opportunities of innovation and optimization
– Create innovative visual brand and design solutions, great-looking, high performing graphics and layout marketing materials
– Work with finance/accounting department to establish and monitor marketing budget
– Maintain ALPS customer relationship with customers and vendors

Minimum Job Requirements:

– Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or Equivalent
– Three years work experience as Marketing Representative
